* These necklaces are super delicate, each link is hand soldered fully closed, any items returned to us with evidence of pulled or snapped links (ie showing evidence the necklace has been caught on something) will not be replaced by Grays Jewellery Co.
On the rare occasion any goods arrive faulty, we must be notified within 48 hours in order to offer a replacement.

  • At Grays Jewellery & Co we don’t like idea of wearing jewellery that may have been tried on by someone else!

    Due to this and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for our jewellery products.

    It is essential that you have accurately measured for your jewellery, whether at home or by a jeweller. Please read the item specifics including specification, and metals used if you have skin sensitivities to certain metals.

  • The following tips will ensure you receive the longest life of any item you purchase.

    After wear, use the soft lint cleaning cloth included in your order to thoroughly clean your item removing any natural skin oils that can cause oxidisation.

    Always make sure you apply all cosmetic products including: make up, perfumes and hairspray before wearing your jewellery.

    Harsh chemicals including chlorine can damage the gemstones and/or metal. Make sure you remove your item before cleaning, swimming, bathing and showering.

    We do not recommend sleeping in your jewellery and advise storing your items separately in the dust bag or ring box you received it in.
